A note does not appear

Try again on a regular website. If it still does not appear, reload the webpage once and try again.

This page is protected

Chrome does not allow extensions to run on some Chrome pages or in the Chrome Web Store. Open a regular website to create a note.

The keyboard shortcut does not work

Another extension may use the same keys. Change the shortcut in Chrome's extension shortcut settings.

Saving needs attention

Use the note's Retry button. If it still will not save, copy the note text somewhere safe, reload the page, and try again before removing the extension.

Back up before removing the extension

Open Backup & restore from the extension and download a JSON backup. Removing the extension removes its local notes.
